Q: What should I do if my parcel is delayed?
A: Please allow some extra time during peak periods. You may also contact us for assistance.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only support delivery within Malaysia.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: COD Cash on Delivery,Credite Card,Bank Transfer
Q: Why haven’t I received my tracking number?
A: Tracking numbers are usually updated after the parcel has been shipped. Please allow some time for the system to update.
Q: When do you ship orders?
A: We ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Q: If I order today, when will my parcel be shipped?
A: Orders placed before 11AM will be shipped on the same day.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days.
Q: Which courier service do you use?
A: We use Ninja Van, J&T, and PosLaju. Mainly Ninja Van.
Q: What should I do if I receive an incomplete parcel?
A: If you receive an incomplete parcel, please take photos of the parcel and the products you received, then email them to noraehijab@gmail.com. Our customer service team will reply to you within 1–2 hours.
